My Uncle Robert “Tex” Matthew’s attended Parker-Gray with Earl Lloyd. He played on the basketball team with him. Unfortunately he passes in July of this year and would have had great difficulty communicating with you due to a brain stem stroke. He is in the team picture with Earl Lloyd and is the son of Gladys Wanzer. The Wanzer family has a rich history in Alexandria. Let me know if you’d like to chat.
Thanks,
Andrea Mackey
